Our Global SAP team is a truly global team with over 100 employees and is known for its focus on sustainable value creation by translating latest IT innovations into solutions and services. We use the newest state-of-the-art S/4HANA features as our strategic platform to permanently optimize and enhance our global template. The world-wide SAP roll-out journey continues.

For our growing SAP Team in Madrid, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Consultant SAP BI.

In this challenging role, you will have the opportunity to work in a highly innovative environment that will together with external partners to perform roll-outs in record time. 

What we offer you:

• Expand our BI value proposition as an in-house SAP BI Consultant
• Analyze business requirements and propose, realize and implement SAP BI solutions together with business representatives
• Work with business stakeholders to define requirements and capture business needs
• Assess the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands in close cooperation with peers
• Application support activities like investigating and resolving incidents, problem solving and participate in change management processes

Qualifications

• University degree in business informatics, information technologies or Engineering & Computer Sciences
• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish
• Effective cross-functional project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Expertise on Data Warehousing concepts and implementation with focus SAP BW 7.5 on HANA, used to work in a global environment and with global distributed teams
• Strong understanding of SAP HANA architecture and data integration
• Profound hands-on working experience in a global SAP BI environment
• Usage of ABAP for transformation rules, HANA calculation views, knowledge of integrated planning and portal integration
• Expertise in BW4/HANA or SAP build Workzone is a plus
• Knowledge of extraction from several sources mainly SAP S4 but as well flat files or direct database access
• Knowledge of BI frontend tools with focus on SAP BW (Query Designer, SAP Analytics Cloud, Analysis for Office)
