In this position you will be a key member of our global People Operations team, lead our HRIS (Workday) and data management practice and work hand-in-hand with our Workday Specialist, SMEs, and stakeholders. Your role will primarily revolve around optimizing People processes by leveraging HR systems, elevating Workday adoption, and data accuracy. During our growth and merger phase, you'll own all data management efforts, improving data quality, enhancing reporting capabilities, and promoting analytics for data insight. Given your skills to manage complex projects at the crossroads of HR and IT, organization design and processes, you'll be leading the HR IT and data migration during our merger with SAP, ultimately resulting in sunsetting Workday.

Senior Consultant HR Systems, Data & Processes (f/m/d)
Based in any of the following locations: Bonn, Berlin, Walldorf, Munich, Germany, Amsterdam, Netherlands or Ljubljana, Slovenia. 

What is waiting for you?

  • Continuously analyze business processes, recommend and configure new and enhanced workflows, including Core HCM, Absence, Compensation, Reporting and Integrations
  • Lead HRIS projects with design thinking mindset, translating business needs into actionable technical projects
  • Have a broad view of end-to-end processes touching other systems and/or teams, manage and coordinate relevant stakeholders at LeanIX and SAP to come to an effective solution for all
  • Supervise HR data quality, support data cleaning initiatives, strengthen data security and ensure the highest standard for critical compensation data in collaboration with our Payroll and C&B experts
  • Leverage Workday capabilities for generating complex, regular and ad-hoc reports supporting business processes and data insights
  • Coordinate all employee data requests during integration, including mass-loads and manual up-dates
  • Lead the HR IT migration project during a multi-staged legal entity consolidation and find sustainable solutions to complex system dependencies
  • Deliver top-notch end-user support and promote Workday knowledge with focused training
  • Become a linchpin of our team, with your openness for hands-on support on various roles and tasks

What are we looking for?

  • 5+ years comparable professional experience, preferably with Workday as HRIS
  • University degree in technical or economic study or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record designing business-fit HR systems and delivering data excellency in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound understanding of HR processes, operations and employee data management
  • Passion for data paired with strong analytical skills and proficiency in complex report generation
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity
  • Proactive and forward-thinking on transactional and strategic activities
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder and change management skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication
  • High change resilience paired with the ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up on any kind of requests
  • Organizational talent able to balance user support, feature adoption and strategic projects
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • Workday certification is an advantage but not essential
