This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Senior Compensation Partner
As a Senior Compensation Partner, you will participate in the design and implementation of global compensation projects, join the compensation surveys to analyze the company’s competitive position and ensure compliance with FLSA, conduct special studies and make recommendations on subjects such as incentive plans and equity programs. Design and implementation of global compensation projects. You will participate in the design and implementation of global compensation projects for the company and will work closely with HRBPs and advise them on implementing programs in the most effective manner to promote employee engagement. You will participate in the design of global compensation programs to promote market competitiveness and align with business objectives. Participate in the design, implementation & administration of new and existing compensation programs, policies and procedures including base pay, short and long-term incentive programs, and bonus programs. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Compensation and Market Surveys. You will participate in compensation surveys to analyze the company’s competitive position, assist with offers and review proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines recommending company salary structure movement and salary increase budgets. Prepare data for market survey benchmarking and input. Complete Radford quarterly salary surveys

Compliance with FLSA and local laws governing compensation practices. You will help ensure compliance with FLSA, conduct special studies and make recommendations on subjects such as incentive plans and equity programs. Consultant and Training to HR and Managers. Act as a consultant to the HR team to guide their decision-making for hiring, promotions, specific organizational program design, quarterly bonus program and annual compensation program implementation. Assist with communication and training programs on compensation topics for HR and managers to promote understanding and effective utilization of programs.

Team Support on Rewards Program. Support team in performing all functions related to RingCentral’s total compensation and reward programs, worldwide, to ensure our programs are aligned with our compensation philosophy and program objectives.

Job evaluation and grading. Conduct job analysis to accurately assess the value of different roles and develop a comprehensive job grading system. Conduct job audits and evaluations and maintain job documentation.

Annual compensation review process. Lead the annual compensation review process including merit increases, bonus calculations, and performance-based pay adjustment

Prepare Bonus Payouts. Prepare quarterly bonus payout files for employees on annual bonus plan

Design and Administration of Salary and Equity Review. Assist in the design and administration of the Salary Review, Equity Review, etc.

Develop, Implement and Manager Compensation Programs. Participate in the development and implementation of systems for management of compensation programs, including quarterly bonus programs, annual pay programs, and equity programs.

Assist with compensation integration during mergers and acquisitions

Assist with gathering and prepping data for Annual Executive Compensation exercise

Performs other duties as assigned.
To succeed in this role you must have the following:

8+ years of experience in global compensation; Functional knowledge of Compensation business processes

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics or related field

Experience within a high-tech global organization preferred

Microsoft and Workday Skills. Computer savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & excellent report writing skills. Advanced proficiency in with Excel and HR systems such as Workday

Professional. Positive team player, cooperative, self-motivated, courteous and professional attitude. Must be able to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all time

Willing to work on night shift from 12mn to 9am MNL, Tuesday to Saturday

Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas)
