You will support the design, implementation and administration of the compensation program to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. You will maintain the job architecture, maintain external benchmarking and salary survey participation, and support the quarterly and annual sales incentive plan process. You will provide analysis and expertise and project management oversight on key initiatives.
What you will do:
- Manage daily compensation operations including administration of compensation plans, market pricing, and providing job analysis guidance.
- Administer all comp processes through Workday.
- Leverage strong qualitative and analytical skills to provide data manipulation, querying, and reporting support.
- Partner with HRIS as a Workday compensation module subject matter expert.
- Identify key improvements to compensation plan fundamentals to improve efficiency, increase automation, and leverage new tools and best practices.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders on various compensation-related projects to support talent management goals and key business initiatives.
You'll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or Human Resource Management or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years’ progressive human resources experience.
- Working knowledge of employee compensation practices, including job analysis, documentation, evaluation, equity analysis, market pricing, costing, Salaried structure design, merit programs, and other total reward programs.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Workday compensation model experience
- CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) a plus.
- Experience in design and management of sales incentive programs.
