Recommend and implement global compensation strategies and programs. Conduct market research, analyze market data, and collaborate with the Human Resources team to ensure compensation and incentive programs are internally equitable and externally competitive.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct market research and data analysis to evaluate and enhance compensation programs, addressing challenging compensation-related issues.

  • Present data-driven recommendations that ensure competitive, equitable pay practices to attract and retain talent.

  • Communicate compensation programs and policies, aligning them with business objectives and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

  • Lead change management efforts to support the success of new compensation initiatives.

  • Develop reports and presentations that offer insights and recommendations to leadership, making complex data easy to understand.

  • Oversee the review, evaluation, and leveling of job profiles, ensuring consistency and alignment with company standards.

  • Apply compensation expertise to provide strategic solutions in a consultative manner.

  • Manage and execute large-scale, complex compensation projects to meet business goals.

  • Continuously assess and refine processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and simplification.

  • Stay on top of pay legislation and competitive market trends to advise on potential impacts.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Masters in Business Administration or Management preferred.

  • 4+ years of compensation and/or HR experience required.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools required.

  • Ability to use Microsoft Office applications.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exposure to International Compensation preferred.

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.

  • Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry preferred.
