Your role:

The Talent Framework Program is one of the most significant global transformation projects across WMG. The project is being phased in over time to allow for effective integration into the fabric of the business. • Lead the review and comparison of work content across all jobs within each mapped level for comparability and validate that it matches the appropriate job level descriptors

  • Work with the Compensation team to inform your recommendations based on pay information. This may involve producing and explaining detailed comparative reports to illustrate differences that may need discussion and clarification

  • Develop process to incorporate Joiners, Movers and Leavers not included in initial job mapping of Phase 1
