What you will do

●   Support the Senior Manager, Compensation Projects in executing the Global Compensation strategy that supports the attraction, retention and wellbeing of our diverse workforce
●   As part of the strategy execution, you will focus on alignment with the wider Ericsson Compensation Programs and Projects
●   Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Ericsson teams, to ensure compensation projects and initiatives are fully planned and executed in a timely and accurate fashion
●   Manage and propose relevant initiatives for approval, taking into consideration costs, communications and the people impact
●   Lead on compensation projects including Job Architecture design, Pay Transparency, Pay for Performance & Pay for Impact initiatives, Success Factors Implementation, Short-Term Incentive Design, Reward & Recognition programs amongst other compensation harmonization deliverables
●   Lead on external vendor management, negotiating and managing compensation providers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality service provision
●   Supporting the Senior Manager, Compensation Projects in executing a proactive communications program covering all compensation aspects
●   Provide leadership and guidance to wider HR team

●   Knowledge of global compensation trends, regulations and compliance requirements
●   Strong analytical and presentation skills
●   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building relationship at all levels of the organization.


What is required for application

●    Corporate compensation management experience (8+ years).
