Job Description
Join our dynamic Monetisation and Pricing team and play a key role in transforming how we price and Go-To-Market with our products. You will drive value for customers, improve market dynamics, and influence commercial outcomes throughout the product lifecycle. You will support pricing strategies for new products as part of the Go-To-Market process whilst also developing improvement strategies for products already at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop pricing strategies and monetisation models for new and existing products and lead ongoing pricing and performance improvement work as required, across APAC, working with relevant teams to productionise
- Deliver strategic pricing initiatives including bespoke analytics pieces and provide recommendations to drive profitability
- Conduct root cause analysis using advanced statistical models (SQL, R, Python) to identify trends, provide insights and develop actionable recommendations to improve performance and capture opportunities
- Identify key market trends, building market knowledge and communicating key insights
- Drive business case development and other commercial projects as required
- Develop and evolve KPI / metric reporting requirements in conjunction with in-house analytics teams
Qualifications
- Proven quantitative analyst experience in a pricing & commercial analysis or a similar analytical role
- Experience with statistical analysis, data extraction, and programming languages such as Python, SQL, SAS, or R, alongside visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Tertiary qualifications in relevant quantitative degree
- Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, research and analytics skills
- Strategic mindset that is able to balance technical savviness and commercial-strategic mindset
- Strong commercial acumen, ability to think laterally and solve unstructured problems
- Storytelling ability to develop and communicate fact-based recommendations
- Mindset of continuous process improvement
