About the role

We’re on the lookout for a driven Senior Client Manager to lead and manage key projects for one of our most exciting global telecommunications accounts. This role offers a rare opportunity to work on an internationally recognised brand across a wide variety of creative disciplines, from brand and campaign development to experiential design and multi-sensory branding, including sonic and 3D experiences. As a trusted advisor to your client, you’ll own projects from concept to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional creative teams to deliver exceptional work. With your strategic thinking and eye for detail, you’ll ensure every project is impactful and aligned with client objectives.

About you 

You’ll have extensive experience managing global accounts, and a proven ability to guide large-scale, multi-disciplinary creative projects. You’re adept at working across complex agency networks and collaborating with diverse teams. A natural communicator and problem solver, you’ll build strong, consultative relationships with clients while confidently managing project challenges. Your meticulous project management skills will ensure work is delivered on time and within budget, and your commercial acumen will drive success and profitability. Above all, you’ll bring energy, curiosity, and a collaborative approach that elevates every project you touch.
