In this role you will ensure strong relationships between Ceuta Healthcare and our clients to achieve profitable sales and distribution in line with objectives and standards.

In addition to relationship building, you will be responsible for commercial business performance reporting, forecasting and cross functional team working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Ensure strong communication between Ceuta teams
  • Commercial: Report business performance, monitor budgets, and work with Ceuta Finance and Customer Services to resolve issues and queries.
  • Forecasting: Set up and maintain demand plans by customer and SKU, ensuring forecast accuracy.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Understand marketing and trade marketing costs, ensure accurate trackers, and contribute to ATL and BTL strategy using local knowledge and wider Ceuta insights.

Career Experience:

  • Experience within healthcare
  • Experience with trade customers
  • Sales and/or marketing experience advantageous
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment preferred

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends and forecast
  • Understanding of key financial measures: ROI, promotional evaluation, return on capital employed, and sales modelling
  • Strong understanding of the UK market, key drivers, channel characteristics, challenges, and issues
  • Ability to use data, brand knowledge, and team connections to resolve issues
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint to create compelling presentations and present confidently
