What we're looking for:

  • Have exemplary business acumen and ability to learn quickly
  • Over 5 years of experience in a similar role with direct partner or customer engagement.
  • Ability to communicate technical details in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong sales experience to drive channel sales performance, meeting revenue targets
  • Accurate forecasting of sales and partner performance, able to identify potential gaps or risks early and take corrective actions
  • Strong Presentation skills and high emotional intelligence and extraordinary ability to build relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Recognized as a strong collaborative team player with high levels of persuasive abilities, empathy and great negotiation skills
  • Superior organization skills with the ability to prioritize and expertly time manage
  • Proven ability to foster and grow strong effective business relationships among partners to meet and exceed business targets and objectives.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Confident with working closely with Senior Leadership and providing executive level communications
  • Experience working with the United Kingdom & Ireland, Germany, or Middle East & Asia a plus.
  • Fluency in German or French highly preferred

What you can expect:

  • Drive revenue and market share in EMEA with multiple account teams and partners and/or with a specific list of strategic partners with defined revenue and win targets
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets by working with partner to build new pipeline and to close opportunities that drive 1Password revenue
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around 1Password solutions to customers and partners.
  • Build deep relationships with strategic partners and fully understand their business, solutions and technical needs.
  • Develop and execute against a comprehensive account/territory plan supporting multiple account teams and/or specific assigned partners to drive achievement of revenue and win goals.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly account/business reviews with channel partners as well as with internal stakeholders.
  • Train, support, mentor and motivate channel partners
  • Identify, Assess, develop and expand relationship with new and existing partners
  • Recruit new partners by promoting the benefits of 1Password
  • Define and document channel and partner targeting strategy and tactical approach
  • Monitor and report on Channel and Partner performance, efficiency and effectiveness

While we are a remote-first company, occasional travel for in-person engagement will be a part of this role. This may include but is not limited to bi-annual department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events will typically be held in varying locations across Canada and the USA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
