Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Management:
    • Lead change management initiatives related to technical information and lifecycle processes.
    • Develop and execute change management plans, including communication strategies, training programs, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and implementation.
    • Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
    • Lead and drive new automation initiatives and digital transformation.
    • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to prepare employees for upcoming changes.
    • Develop metrics to measure the success of change initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure seamless coordination and compliance.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams, ensuring technical information and lifecycle management processes are followed.
    • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through regular meetings and effective communication.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve potential issues related to technical information management.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve project outcomes.
    • Ensure stakeholder feedback is incorporated into project plans and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred in engineering, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in technical documentation, lifecycle management, and spare parts management within the energy or marine sector.
  • Strong project management and change management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in documentation tools and lifecycle management software.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to spare parts and technical documentation.
  • Experience with version control and document management systems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with energy sector projects, particularly in renewable energy or power generation.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and the use of advanced technologies for documentation and lifecycle management.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) is seen as an advantage.
  • Knowledge of data management best practices and experience with data integration projects.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret technical data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Proficiency in utilizing the latest technology and digital tools to enhance efficiency and innovation.
