YOUR IMPACT
The best candidates for this role will self-identify as a growth marketer, be outcome oriented, able to operate in an agile manner and thrive in a test-and-learn environment. You will be comfortable in a data-driven, fast-paced organization, adaptable to change and with a strong sense of accountability. You are a self-starter who can operate with limited guidance but knows when to ask for help. Experience in a product lead growth (PLG) model that emphasizes conversion of trial experience will be essential. Qualified applicants must have strong digital marketing experience, particularly search engine optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Execute a growth marketing strategy across channels
- Accountable for generating high-quality sales pipeline that achieves new business and expansion goals
- Optimize performance self-serve purchases and free trial-to-purchase funnel, along with driving pipeline for enterprise-level deals.
- Collaborate with the paid media team to optimize and expand digital campaigns (Google Ads, remarketing, etc.)
- Grow organic site visitors and conversions by developing and executing on a comprehensive program that addresses technical, content, conversion and authority aspects of SEO
- Craft messaging and positioning that resonates with technical buyers and is deployed consistently across websites, advertising, and other go-to-market materials
- Improve sitewide and page-level visitor conversion by standing A/B tests across our portfolio of websites
- Analyze and report on new sales and expansion funnel performance and new opportunities
- Develop and manage email and content marketing programs
- Oversee marketing automation, working with RevOps and developers to ensure data passes between and is captured by relevant tools
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, including SEO, CRO, and paid media, preferably within enterprise software/SaaS; automation or file transfer is a plus
- Expertise marketing in a trial-based PLG model
- Experience analyzing and reporting on funnel metrics
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, marketing automation tools (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo), Salesforce, SEMrush, etc.
- Experience with A/B and conversion rate optimization testing and tools (VWO, Optimizely, etc.)
- HTML/CSS experience as well as working within WordPress
- Ability to partner with web developers and work within a fast-paced agile development environment
- Comfort working in a fully remote organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to understand and communicate about a technical product to a technical buyer
