The Opportunity
As a Senior Case Manager, you’ll be managing the end-to-end claims process under Comcare legislation. You’ll guide injured workers through their injury management and return-to-work plans while building and maintaining strong relationships with all involved stakeholders. Careers
Your Role Will Include:

Delivering high-quality, coordinated case management services for portfolios under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 (SRC Act) and Comcare regulatory requirements.

Driving improvements through proactive relationship management, measuring performance against expectations, contractual obligations, service standards, and best practices.
-
Preparing for and participating in key events such as audits, claims review meetings, and association meetings.
-
Representing the company at SRC Licensee Association and Committee meetings, including Education Days, training events, and conferences.
-
Providing leadership and mentorship, while assisting the team with both strategic and operational tasks.
About You

You stay focused in fast-paced environments, communicate clearly, and are resilient in handling challenging and complex situations. You understand the significant impact your role has on our customers, especially during difficult times.
You’ll also have:

Proven experience in Workers’ Compensation Case Management, specifically in Self-Insurance & Comcare Business.

Strong knowledge of workers’ compensation legislation, with expertise in the SRC Act 1988 (highly desirable).

Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

A strong drive to mentor, educate, and influence both team members and customers.

A resilient mindset, consistently maintaining a positive and solutions-focused approach to challenges.
