Job Description

Position Summary

The Senior Campus Recruiter is responsible for developing and implementing a robust early careers recruitment strategy to attract top-tier talent from colleges and universities across the U.S. This is a pivotal position in shaping CRB’s future workforce and will be responsible for all stages of the recruiting process for early career positions. This position will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager. 

This is a hybrid full-time position

Responsibilities

  • In partnership with the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will develop and deploy early career programs for all U.S. locations. This will include coordinating the strategy, logistics, and execution of campus and university recruitment efforts
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of CRB’s overall growth strategy and ensure alignment with early careers strategies by collaborating with HR and business leaders across the organization
  • Partner with the People Operations HR team on onboarding activities and ensure our HRIS and ATS systems are updated accordingly.
  • Participate in forecast and budget meetings with HRBPs and Hiring leaders
  • Ensure that our networking and sourcing efforts are DEI focused to attract and engage top talent across multiple disciplines
  • Network with University leaders and professors to build brand awareness
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews in a timely manner
  • Create and provide training and materials to support all intern and early career hires (campus recruitment events, fairs, hiring manager learning sessions, etc.)
  • Source and attract candidates using social media, attend industry meetings, networking events, career fairs, etc.
  • Screen and track candidate resumes and applications via our ATS SmartRecruiters
  • Keep Recruiting Database up-to-date with all recruiting activities
  • Generate recruiting/headcount-related reports from HRIS/ATS system as required for tracking purposes
  • Act as a point of contact for all early career needs and build influential candidate relationships during the recruiting process
  • Ensure delivery of prompt and effective communications with candidates & hiring managers throughout the full cycle recruiting process
  • Attend local career fairs and functions to promote CRB and bring awareness to local talent.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent years of experience.
  • 3-5+ years of experience as a full-cycle Campus Recruiter in either a corporate or agency environment
  • Architecture, Engineering, Construction (A/E/C) experience preferred but not required
  • Proven success identifying, hiring, and retaining qualified personnel
  • Proven success updating, creating, and deploying early career programs.
  • Solid interviewing skills under a variety of circumstances (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.)
  • Familiarity with databases and applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making and judgement skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
