Job Description Summary
Cushman & Wakefield’s Early-in-Career (EIC) team is hiring a Senior Recruiter. This position is responsible for executing full-cycle recruitment for interns, graduates, and early career professionals while fostering strong partnerships with universities and internal stakeholders.
As a critical member of the EIC team, the Senior Recruiter will drive innovative talent strategies, enhance the candidate experience, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Cushman & Wakefield’s early career hiring programs.
They will also manage the recruitment of EIC talent, university relations for specific region(s) and program management of EIC-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience providing high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced, demanding professional environment. We are seeking an adaptable individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, with a process improvement mindset.
Job Description

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for early career roles, ensuring a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Build and maintain relationships with universities to strengthen the talent pipeline.

Partner with hiring managers and/or business leads to align recruitment strategies with workforce needs.

Drive the successful implementation of the EIC strategy, processes and practices that will produce an exceptional hiring and overall candidate experience

Represent Cushman & Wakefield at career fairs to attract top-tier early career talent.

Partner effectively with the Business to create efficient and effective recruitment strategies for sourcing, pipelining, and urgent requisitions

Generate a diverse candidate pipeline using various sourcing methods including job boards, student organizations, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, social media, database search, referrals, advertising, etc.

Stay up-to-date on new sourcing tools, best practices, and how the EIC team can best utilize these recruiting and networking tools

Assist with managing and growing our brand and recruiting presence across social media

Be a C&W ambassador to attract top talent to the company
The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience with a focus on early career, university, or high-volume recruitment.

Experience managing university relations, campus recruitment events, and internship/graduate programs preferred.

Strong ability to leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools to identify top talent.

Familiarity with diversity hiring best practices and strategies for building inclusive talent pipelines.

Process improvement mindset – Proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in recruitment.

Project & event management. Experience managing large-scale events and programs (virtual and in-person)

Proactive and consultative in his/her approach in collaborating with all levels in the organization

Experience with Workday ATS a plus
