HG Insights is looking for a Sr. Campaign Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive demand and revenue growth. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketer with a deep understanding of B2B campaign strategies, marketing automation, and analytics.
As a key member of the marketing team, you will manage and execute targeted campaigns across email, paid media, events, and digital channels. You will work closely with content, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless execution and continuous optimization of campaign performance.
What You'll Be Responsible For:Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and sales goals.
- Manage campaign calendars, audience segmentation, and workflow automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
Email & Marketing Automation
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns, including lead nurturing, drip sequences, and product announcements.
- Leverage marketing automation tools (e.g.,, Marketo,) to improve campaign efficiency and engagement.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize email content, subject lines, and CTAs to increase conversion rates.
Paid & Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms) to drive qualified leads.
- Monitor ad performance and adjust targeting, creative, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Work with content and design teams to create compelling landing pages and ad creatives.
Performance Analytics & Optimization
- Track and analyze key campaign performance metrics such as conversion rates, CTR, and ROI.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to inform future campaign strategies.
- Use data-driven decision-making to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing campaign execution.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools (Marketo, Outreach).
- Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Rollworks,etc.).
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign tracking and performance optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or relevant field
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
