Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage end-to-end optimization of the in-app user conversion funnel, focusing on system configuration and operational accuracy.
- Conduct detailed analysis of user behavior, feature performance, and conversion metrics using data dashboards and analytical tools.
- Implement traffic management strategies and tactical campaigns to maximize GMV, revenue and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of features and campaigns.
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues to maintain smooth campaign and traffic distribution operations.
- Set up and deploy tactical campaigns quickly in response to market trends, ensuring adherence to business performance goals.
- Continuosly test and fine-tune system settings, algorithms, and configurations to optimize performance.
- Stay infomred on platform updates, tools, and best practices to ensure efficiency and accuracy in execution.
Requirements
Requirements:
- At least 2 years in an executional role within e-commerce, marketing opertations, or related fields.
- Hands on experience with analytic tools, traffic management platforms, or campaign management systems.
- Strong technical and operational skills, with the ability to execute tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Proficiency in using campaign management tools, and analytical dashboards.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot system issues and identify optimization opportunities.
- Detailed oriented with a focus on executional excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills for cross functional coordination. "
