Responsibilities
The Senior Business Analyst & Salesforce Solutions Architect will leverage their 11+ years of experience in Salesforce platforms, business and data analytics, project management, and data visualization. In this role, you will lead large-scale Salesforce implementations and data-driven projects that improve business processes and customer engagement. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into innovative Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices
- Lead Salesforce Implementations: Architect and manage large-scale Salesforce projects, including platform migrations and new module deployments (e.g., Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, FinancialForce, Pardot).
- Project Management: Oversee multi-million-dollar projects, ensuring successful delivery of requirements, clean data migration, and system integration.
- Business Solutions Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop Salesforce solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business performance.
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Utilize data analysis tools (SFDC Analytics, Tableau) to provide actionable insights and optimize business processes.
- Data Integrity & Migration: Define and implement best practices for data migration, ensuring clean, accurate data handling across test cycles and go-live processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on system requirements, enhancements, and post-implementation support.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide teams on Salesforce administration, ETL processes, and data warehousing to drive successful project outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize system performance, reduce testing time, and enhance data quality.
Qualifications

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in supply chain, computer science, or a related field.

You have at least 5 years of experience within Salesforce.

You have experience leading Salesforce Implementations.
