Cargill, Incorporated seeks a full-time Senior Business Intelligence Analyst located in Wayzata, MN. This position works closely with business works closely with business stakeholders across various levels (e.g., analysts, managers, and directors) and business functions (e.g., risk management & sourcing, business operations & supply chain, and commercial) within Cargill Animal Nutrition North America to develop an in depth understanding of the business to enable data-driven decision making.
This position requires
- a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, bioengineering, or related field and two (2) years of related experience in business intelligence or data and analytics.
- Must also have 24 months of experience with each of the following:
- (1) collecting and analyzing data related to the competitive marketplace for animal feed production in various countries and regions of the world;
- (2) applying bioengineering principles to turn insights into actions in the following areas: trading and merchandising, formulation, strategic pricing, and strategy;
- (3) utilizing bioengineering knowledge for the supply and demand analysis of different animal feed ingredients;
- (4) working with large data stores and SAP; and
- (5) utilizing bioengineering principles and animal feed production data to create competitive advantage in positioning and sourcing.
- Employer will accept experience gained concurrently.
- Salary: $105,000 to $175,000/year.

The expected salary for this position is $105,000.00 - $175,000.00. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance. At Cargill we put people first.
