Description:

Coupang Taiwan is looking for an experienced Supply Chain professional. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end supply chain efficiency, enhancing inventory management, and ensuring seamless coordination across various departments, and for demand forecasting, data analysis, and managing capacity across our network.

What you'll do :

· Design, build and maintain reports and visualizations for key metrics monitoring; analyze data and develop strategic plans to provide service excellence

· Proactively evaluate business performance to identify areas of opportunity, define the analytical requirements needed for further deep dive, and present summarized findings to leadership

· Investigate and conduct in-depth analysis of data-driven "root causes" and propose solutions supported by data and facts and share impact

· Compile and analyze project data to identify trends and opportunities for future growth and improvement

· Drive improvement in operational performance and lead projects to further expand our business and enhance both our customers and partner teams experience

· Develop strong ownership for data analysis and work with cross-functional teams on company-wide perspectives

· Clearly communicates goals, roles, responsibilities, success metrics and desired outcomes to cross functional-project teams and program stakeholders

· Works independently, but also influences and manages project teams, sub-teams and subject matter experts to develop, test or implement new ideas or process improvements

Essential Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in analytical discipline

· 5+ years of writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI, etc.

· Ability to transform data and metrics into visualizations and summaries for stakeholders

· Experience in data processing and analysis, with the ability to draw conclusion from data and build basic models to support business decision-making.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with internal teams and external partners. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a customer-centric mindset.
