What You'll Do

  • Independently develop and maintain reporting/dashboards to support internal and external CB Carrier customer needs. (Scorecard, QBR, Internal Interval reports, KPI, Sales Forecasts, etc.)
  • Perform end to end data validation to maintain the accuracy of data sets
  • Lead discussions with internal and external CB Carrier business partners to identify functional requirements
  • Translate business logic from one system (Excel, SQL, etc) into SQL in a quick and accurate manner
  • Understand the existing source system data models.
  • Provide ad-hoc data analysis in support to CB Carrier business functions
  • Prepare documentation, reports, and visualizations to communicate data findings to a variety of audiences such as CB Carrier customers and leadership.
  • Support CB Carrier platforms by collaborating with Technology, and business partners to drive requirements and improvements.

Who You Are/ Qualifications
Minimum:

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline (i.e., Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Informatics, etc.) and 4 years' experience. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years' experience in a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of database technologies and data warehouse design philosophies
  • Experience working with relational database management systems (RDBMS)
  • 2 years of SQL experience, writing queries against any RDBMS with query optimization.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated experience documenting processes, driving process change, and developing training documentation
  • Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization


Preferred

  • Prior experience with business analysis, process improvement, or similar analytical field
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry


USD 87,200.00 - 130,800.00 per year
Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $87,200.00 - $130,800.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:
The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
