Job Overview:
The Sr. Analyst, Business Systems for Enterprise Planning is responsible for the EPMO Reporting service offering. This role assists in execution activities needed to develop dashboards and reporting practices that create transparency into capacity, quality, and delivery tracking. The Sr. Analyst, Business Systems helps with metrics and reporting for the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO).
Responsibilities:

Advanced reporting/analytical skills for building Excel-like Pivot tables, charts & graphs, and dashboards

Build cross-functional relationships to drive delivery of valuable business solutions for internal stakeholders

Educating others on best practices and internal processes for tool usage

Communicate Agile approach best practices for product development work

Requirement gathering for improved business process
-
Agile tool administration including security controls, tool integrations, and user management

Creating, collecting, maintaining and retrieving data into required reporting formats utilizing agile tools such as Aha!, Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet and others.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint in performing analysis and communicating results, including Excel Pivot tables, charts & graphs, dashboards, etc.

3+ years of experience in designing and implementing complex systems, including developing solutions from scratch
-
3 + years of experience in tool configuration with JIRA
-
3 + Exceptional fact-based problem-solving skills that enable efficient identification of issues, gathering data, performing data analysis, and effectively communicating results of the analysis and associated recommendations

3 + years of experience in system integrations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent understanding of SOA principles and design patterns

Excellent understanding and writing of SQL server procedures, Views, functions and designing skills.

Excellent understanding of system integration. Great track record of implementing the distributed systems with legacy and modern technical tools

Pay Range:
$87,500-$145,800/year
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
