So, what’s the role all about?

The primary role of the Senior Business Analyst is to provide consultative services to NICE Actimize customers in all matters related to financial crime. In addition, the role necessitates the delivery of services to drive increased adoption of financial crime solutions with NICE Actimize clients. The Senior (SME) BA will take part in delivering solutions in accordance with a prescribed Business Consulting & Delivery methodology. The role favours an individual with strong AML or Fraud domain experience.

How will you make an impact?  

  • Indirect/direct consulting to clients.
  • Successfully drive through implementation issue resolution, involving the appropriate functions and executive sponsors across the company.
  • Responsible for the successful delivery of NICE Actimize solutions resulting in highly satisfied, reference-able clients.
  • Deliver value-add consulting services in financial crime, performance improvement and business transformation, leveraging knowledge of industry best practices and proven practices using NICE Actimize solutions.
  • Establish working relationships with chosen partner ecosystem, internally and externally.
  • Perform business analysis to support the deployment of Actimize AML and or Fraud products to meet clients’ business requirements.
  • Communicate with clients to assess solution fit and identify product gaps.

Have you got what it takes?

  • Minimum of 8-years financial crime experience within a consulting firm, regulatory body, Professional Services or large financial institution.
  • Subject matter expertise in the areas of financial crime, business process management, performance management and metrics, business analysis, quality management and training
  • Business development experience focused on solutions with a significant services component.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • MBA preferred; BA/BS in relevant field required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Experience of writing process flows and detailed specifications.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Customer facing skills, presenting, and selling.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of an organization, including C-level executives and decision makers.
  • Manage client relationships and individual engagements with a strong focus on excellence.
  • Knowledge of core business domains i.e., strategy, operations, data analysis techniques.
  • Capable of working on multiple overlapping tasks in a fast-paced environment “Can-Do” attitude and problem-solving approach
