Nielsen’s Enterprise IT organization is looking for a Global SAP S4 BRIM Senior Architect to work on our SAP S4 BRIM environments and peripheral systems that are involved to create the current and future platform.  In this role you will be a key architect who will help design / manage Nielsen BRIM landscape across SOM, CC, CI, RAR and FICA processes.

You will need to have an end to end BRIM overview and experience in working with large teams across multiple BRIM modules and external systems which integrate for the overall enterprise platforms landscape

This role will support business enhancements and strategic initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and Guide the BRIM implementation / support teams across BRIM modules of SOM, CC, CI, CM, RAR and FICA
• Proficient in integrating SAP BRIM with external applications (SAP and non SAP), using both direct connectivity and middleware solutions.
• Provide training and support to BRIM consultants, ensuring they can effectively support the SAP BRIM system and help develop a roadmap specific to Nielsen
• Help Manage projects related to SAP BRIM rollouts, upgrades, or enhancements and work with project managers  in planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines and deliverables.
• Customize SAP BRIM  solutions to meet specific business requirements. Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
• Work with multiple teams across the globe and handle resources from multiple vendors while ensuring smooth and on time delivery of the project deliverables.
• Exposure to Data Migration  and to automated testing tools is a must.
• Enable integrations between CC and CI for BITS and CITS transfer
• Enable billing process configuration for selection, grouping and aggregation 
• Creation of Functional Specifications by working with various BRIM consultants for module specific requirements while ensuring integration across modules is accounted for
• Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to the SAP BRIM system to enhance performance and user experience.

This role spans architecting SAP BRIM for around 50 countries and refining unlimited complex needs for our customers, who span multiple countries, languages and custom requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 6 to 8 years of experience on SAP BRIM Architecting  Experience in working on various clients
• At Least 2 life cycles projects from Requirements gathering, Solution design, Blueprinting to Go-live.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills applied in a constantly changing fast paced environment.
• Experience working with both offshore teams as well as third party vendors preferred
