WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US
SimCorp is looking for a designer to fill the role of Senior Brand Specialist, Design. This role sits on the Global Brand & Design team as part of the Marketing organization. We are looking for a team player with a creative mindset who can combine design and technical skills to produce high quality graphics that support a consistent and strong brand experience across digital and physical platforms.
You will be part of a strategic and ambitious global team that is responsible for building, maintaining and championing our brand, and gatekeeping our Corporate Visual Identity.
You have the ability to conceptualize, build visual narratives and transform complex and comprehensive content into simple, understandable and visually appealing graphics, presentations, videos or infographics.
You take ownership of and pride in your work. You have a passion for design and using visuals as part of selling and communicating to both internal and external audiences.
You are able to translate campaign plans and asset production briefs into effective designs using brand guidelines and design templates as your guiding light.
The ideal candidate is familiar with the requirements of and is skilled in using the latest tools and technologies, designing across all platforms.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Your day to day work will be, but not limited to:

Creation of assets in support of marketing efforts across social media, web/email, collateral, video/animation, presentations, infographics and signage. Use of the latest tools and design technologies.

Be an active champion of our brand by maintaining consistent and proper representation of our CVI.

Support customer and prospect-facing marketing campaigns and initiatives by working closely with broader Marketing team, partnering with campaign and production leads to translate marketing requirements into compelling designs.

Support sales and go-to-market efforts by partnering with Sales Enablement team to produce assets and templates for sales materials.

Support Events team with digital and physical design needs, ensuring consistency of brand and CVI across events footprint.

Support marketing efforts of internal departments by aligning with internal stakeholders (e.g. People & Culture, Commercial Development, Sales, etc.).

Work within Wrike Project Management process for creative production tracking.

A strong understanding of essential, fundamental graphic design principles.

Practical experience in composition, layout, visual hierarchy, color theory and color management, and typography.

You are a detail-oriented self-starter who can multitask and who understands project management stages.

An ability to take complex concepts and simplify them into an engaging visual format.

Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Experience in motion design is a plus, particularly with tools such as Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar).

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.

Bachelor's Degree in in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Arts or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially excel and PowerPoint.

Advanced English language skills, as it is our corporate language and is used in all communications.

Ability to have flexibility in work hours to accommodate global needs.
