​​What You Get To Do Everyday

  • Find value for business by utilizing extensive advanced fashion, trend, and brand knowledge to make suggestions of potential saves within inbound rejections outside of normal standards

  • Own mentorship and support of Brand team members, including but not limited to, daily processes, fashion knowledge, Quality, and soft skills

  • Representative for brand and receiving teams serving as liaison cross functionally and providing concise impactful feedback and insights to senior leadership around all things brand and acceptance standard related. 

  • Participate in leadership and merchandising meetings as “voice” of the team

  • Help to maintain engagement and set a positive example for the team through his/her passion for fashion and sustainability, approachable demeanor, openness to change, and can do attitude

  • Go-to subject matter expert for Dept on all condition, brand and acceptance questions/exceptions

  • Review and action on KPIs regularly, flag opportunities to leadership, partner with business peers, and follow through on actionable solutions to opportunities

  • Maintain a strong proactive communication loop and serve as liaison between Receiving, Training, Merchandising, and all inbound/outbound teams throughout the warehouse. Build and maintain positive and productive rapport within team as well as cross functional partners

  • Support Brand team and perform functions of Brand Lead as needed, which may include but is not limited to, processing consignments, saving items, reviewing rejections, certain administrative tasks or other special projects/ tasks as assigned

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in a luxury fashion environment

  • Passion for fashion and continuously keeps current on fashion trends

  • Must be comfortable with Google suite/ Microsoft suite

  • Strong research skills and understanding of fashion collection information is required 

  • Able to quickly pivot and adapt to changes in an ever changing environment and takes pride in driving results

  • Ability to analyze data and provide concise feedback to management

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in high volume, face paced environment 

  • Highly motivated individual who can work independently with a sense of urgency

  • Professional, can do, team player attitude, enjoys “rallying the troops”

Preferred Requirements:

  • Previous experience leading a group and building team spirit a plus

  • Experience in buying, pricing or planning is a plus  

  • Knowledge of vintage and archival fashion is highly recommended

The expected hourly rate for this role is 23-26. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
