We are looking for a (Snr) Brand Marketing Manager to elevate and transform our brand through strategic initiatives encompassing brand marketing, messaging, and analytics. You will be part of the high performing Brand & Comms team, playing a critical role in driving global brand initiatives that lift brand awareness and perception among our target audiences, ultimately supporting our demand generation efforts. You will collaborate closely with the entire Marketing team and work cross-functionally with our Product and Design teams, and other key functions across Personio.

What you’ll do…

• Develop and implement a comprehensive brand marketing strategy to lift awareness and perception of Personio aligned with our vision & values

• Lead and orchestrate campaign activities across all touch points, including analytics and tracking activities to ensure success 

• Partner with Brand Creative to evolve Personio’s brand identity, ensuring it resonates with our audience and reflects our strategic goals

• Manage relationships with external agency partners to execute brand campaigns effectively

• Serve as the Marketing point person for brand tracking initiatives, collaborating closely with our inhouse insights team

What you need to succeed…

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

• 10+ years of professional experience in Brand Marketing or Communications ideally at high growth technology SaaS companies

• Proven track record of building strategies across Brand and/or Communications and executing campaigns that drive measurable results

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas that lead to impactful results.

• Experience managing brand marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media and digital platforms.

• Proficiency in analyzing marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.

• Exceptional organizational skills, balancing structure, and creativity.
