Job Description

As a Senior BPMS Specialist, your primary focus will be conducting business analysis, defining the scope and necessary resources, creating dependency analysis and impact of proposed changes on the overall BPMS system environment (workflow, dms, eod, ezd, etc.). Additionally you will act as a support of project teams in the process of software development, implementation of process, business, functional and technical changes developed as part of project work.

Daily responsibilities

  • Support for critical business systems administration (by: license management, user management, privilege management, release management, backup management, configuration management).
  • Business system maintenance (as an additional or primary administrator) through business continuity management and performance management.
  • Business system development through intra-system tools, development of external applications and their integration with the system, and creation of reports and summaries based on system data.
  • Support of business system users by providing consultations on system functioning, solving system user problems independently (first and second line of support), forwarding user problems to the system vendor (third line of support) and coordinating their handling.
  • Leading projects/participating in development and implementation projects on critical business systems as an expert.
  • Role of Helpdesk system operator - handling requests. Communicating with vendor and verifying services from outside. Taking responsibility for requests and enforcing timely delivery.
  • Creation and updating of internal documentation of the ITOP team (procedures, instructions), project documentation.
  • Preparation and implementation of user training on business systems.
  • Conducting consulting or configuration work or (nice to have: programming, SDK) in the preparation of reports, tuning of system components, or integration, e.g. via API.
  • Supervising the work of juniors and specialists in the team and sharing knowledge and experience with them.
  • Collaborate with IT team, business analysts, project managers and other internal departments. Possible contacts with external vendors, consultants and technology partners.

Qualifications

  • Analytical and design skills with a focus on working on the borderline between IT and business in the area of ERP systems.
  • Knowledge and ability to use SDK.
  • Technical knowledge of implementation mechanisms involving the IT area (implementation of new applications or changes to existing ones).
  • Knowledge of APIs and ability to use to analyze or propose a solution for integration with other systems.
  • Highly organized individual with a rigorous approach to product and service quality.
  • Knowledge of English at min. B2 level.
  • Communication skills, ability to organize own work, high personal culture, ability to plan.

Required Education:

  • University degree in computer science or analytics.
