Senior BI Developer - Streaming Guide

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a BI specialist to support the company's growth and increased demand for analytics/reporting.

Our stack

In BI we use many technologies, however the most relevant for this role are Snowflake and dbt. Would be great if you already worked with Airflow and Looker/PowerBI/Data Studio as well. But if not - don’t worry, you’ll catch up.

What you will be doing:

• Daily work with movies and TV series data and related business domains
• Supporting Product, SEO, and Monetization teams with steering self-service BI data discovery platform, along with evolving more classical standard reporting solutions
• Defining and overseeing application user tracking implementation

What we need from you:

• Passion for movies and TV shows
• Passion for movies and TV showsA result-driven, pragmatic mindset, and ability to cope with imperfect data sets
• Real life experience and deep understanding of SQL. It’s basically your second mother language.
• Hands-on mentality
• Solid knowledge of database design principles and architecture
• Experience with data classical visualization tools and self-service BI platforms would be a plus, e.g.: Google Data Studio, MS Power BI, Lightdash, Looker, Redash, Metabase, Tableau, Google Sheets/Excel, etc.
• Fluency in English
