Job Description: Physical implementation of next generation high performance AI accelerators in advanced technology nodes.Full ownership of all RTL2GDS flows including timing, power, formal and physical verification signoffs.Power oriented design including PI/SI flow development for full system models (Die / Package / PCB)Work closely with System, Design, DFT teamsLocation: Tel Aviv / Caesarea
Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience as Backend Engineer
Experience in RTL2GDS flows and methodologies (synthesis/PandR/physical verification/timing signoff)
Scripting skills - TCL / python
Familiarity with RHSC and performing EMIR/SIPI analysis including HFSS - Advantage
