Rossum’s Senior Integrations Engineer plays a key role in connecting our AI-powered document processing platform with external systems, ensuring seamless workflows for customers. You will build and maintain integrations with various ERPs, CRMs, and enterprise platforms, creating a smooth experience for our users.
Responsibilities:

Design and develop robust integrations between Rossum’s platform and third-party enterprise systems.

Work closely with customers and internal teams to understand integration needs and provide tailored solutions.

Improve API capabilities and work on middleware solutions for scalable integrations.

Ensure reliability, security, and maintainability of integration components.

Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to enhance automation capabilities.
Must-have Qualifications:

Strong experience in building and maintaining integrations with enterprise systems (ERPs, CRMs, etc.).

Proficiency in Python (Flask, FastAPI) and experience with RESTful APIs.

Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture, message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.), and webhooks.

Experience working with cloud platforms and infrastructure automation.

Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mentality.
Nice-to-have Qualifications:

Prior experience in SaaS integrations and enterprise automation.

Knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, etc.).

Familiarity with Terraform and GitOps workflows.
