Your Career

We are looking for a motivated Senior Automation QA Engineer to join our Cortex XDR Server QA group in our Tel Aviv R&D center.

The team is responsible for the design and execution of both system and regression tests and also implementing automated e2e system tests of Palo Alto Networks extended detection and response platform that runs on integrated endpoint, network and cloud data. In this role you will participate in our group effort of improving the overall product quality by developing, maintaining and running automation. All of this in a fast pace process of development, test and release.

Your Impact

  • You will be part of the API Automation QA team

  • Develop automated tests for features in our product, both regression and progression

  • Maintain complex automation infrastructure

  • Debug existing tests, improve stability and enhance runtime

  • Analysis over nightly runs, open bugs and keep on Quality improvement

  • Design and develop automatic tests of features under the Automation ownership

Qualifications

Your Experience 

  • Proven 4+ years of experience as an automation developer

  • Proven experience in QA testing processes including STP writing and execution

  • Experience with API testing

  • Experience with cloud environment- an advantage 

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

  • Team player, with a high ability to work independently

  • Excellent communication skills with members, staff, and individuals in a professional manner along with the ability to present and explain information effectively in Hebrew as well as in English

  • Has the ability to work under pressure with extreme deadlines, prioritize projects & tasks, and maintain focus and a sense of humor in a dynamic environment
