As a Senior Atlassian Consultant, you will be a key member of our Enterprise Service Management (ESM) practice, leveraging Atlassian tools to create tailored ITSM solutions. You will take responsibility for analyzing client requirements and configuring Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Bitbucket to optimize IT service processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Delivery: Lead client projects, managing them from start to finish, ensuring smooth delivery across the entire project lifecycle.

- Customer Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals and managing expectations throughout the project.

- Consulting & Expertise: Apply your technical expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions, conduct audits, and oversee advanced software configurations.

- Service Request & Incident Management: Automate service request processes, support incident and problem management, and optimize change management workflows using Atlassian tools.

- Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Act as a thought leader, contribute to internal knowledge sharing, assist in proposal writing, and support pre-sales efforts.

What We’re Looking For

- A degree in Computer Science or similar technical background

- Proven expertise in the Atlassian suite, particularly Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Bitbucket

- Experience with ITSM frameworks like ITIL and familiarity with best practices in the industry

- A strong analytical mindset, able to tackle complex challenges and design scalable solutions

- Excellent communication skills, able to engage with various stakeholders

- Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus
