We are seeking a Growth and Performance Specialist to join our Talent Development team. The ideal candidate is passionate about performance management, thrives on creating and executing meaningful processes and experiences, and excels in collaborating with diverse stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborate on the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of user-centric performance management processes that are simple, scalable, and aligned with ThoughtWorks’ growth-focused culture and business needs.
  • Evolve frameworks that facilitate transparent performance reviews, goal setting, and growth conversations, fostering a culture of development and accountability.
  • Ensure the seamless implementation of tools and systems to support performance initiatives while proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges to enable smooth execution and adoption.
  • Leverage data insights to monitor and measure the effectiveness of performance initiatives, providing recommendations for ongoing improvements.
  • Partner with business partners and talent leaders across the organization and team members to ensure alignment of performance strategies with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance on best practices in growth and performance management and facilitate change managing, training sessions, and resources to support talent leaders and Thoughtworkers in navigating performance processes.
  • Create compelling narratives and communication strategies to engage Thoughtworkers and leaders in growth and performance initiatives.
  • Ensure clarity and consistency in messaging around performance management processes, tools, and timelines. Highlight success stories and impact through creative storytelling to inspire participation and demonstrate the value of Talent Development efforts.
  • Actively contribute to broader Talent Development initiatives within the Performance and Growth function, collaborating with peers to ensure alignment and consistency across all growth and development strategies.
  • Support cross-functional projects and initiatives that enhance ThoughtWorks' performance and growth practices, driving innovation and integration across related areas.

Job qualifications

Technical Skills
  • 5+ years in talent development, performance management, or related HR roles, preferably within a global organization.
  • Experience with Workday Performance management.
  • Proven expertise in performance management strategy, process design, and implementation. 
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Professional Skills

  • Exceptional ability to craft clear, compelling narratives and communicate effectively with diverse audiences. Proficiency in storytelling and change management.
  • A passion for fostering growth and development, a solutions-oriented approach, and a deep commitment to inclusivity and equity.
