Job Description

The Video Senior Associate helps the team execute Video plans across the full Video eco-system (Linear TV, FEP, VOD, OTT, Mobile, Connected TV, etc). You will support all activation activities, providing a solid learning environment in the world of Video.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.

Your Impact:

  • Assist in the Video Activation Process across multiple clients:
  • Analyze plans from partners
  • Issue order letters
  • Facilitate makegoods and re-expressions
  • Handle all 'systems' work (entering buys, etc.)
  • Handle any research requests (rankers, ratings reports, buy schedules)


Additional Daily Tasks

  • Handle billing discrepancies
  • Update Traffic docs
  • Keep team informed on status of projects

Qualifications

  • 18 months National Video activation experience
  • 6 months - 1+ year experience using Media Ocean tools (Mbox, Prisma, etc.)
