The Senior Associate, Talent Management will coordinate and support the Company’s learning and development and performance management projects, processes, and practices. This colleague will report to the Senior Vice President, Employee Experience and will be based in our Nashville, TN office on a hybrid basis.
What You Will Do:
Learning and Development
· Coordinate and support various in-house development programs
· Facilitate and provide administrative support for in-house led development modules
· Key relationship manager and in-house subject matter expert with our LMS partner
· Program manager for the Fortitude Re internship program
· IGNITE allowance program management
· Oversee mandatory training required across all business units
· Effectively track employee time spent on development activities and manage reporting
· Ensure learning and development pages on our intranet are updated and relevant
Performance Management
· Support annual performance cycle, including set up and management of technology leveraged, data tracking, and colleague resource/tool upkeep
· Support performance management-focused projects that align with the Company’s business goals and objectives
· Ensure performance management pages on our intranet are updated and relevant
What You Will Have:
· Knowledge of current trends in effective learning and development methods
· Working experience with e-learning platforms and practices
· Module creation and facilitation experience
· Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills
· Analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Project management experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Working knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems
· Proficient with Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

The base salary range for this role is listed below and will be commensurate with candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. In addition to base salary, all employees are eligible for an annual bonus based on company and individual performance as well as a generous benefits package.
Base Salary Range
$90,000—$117,000 USD
