Job Description

1) Responsible of the overall process of the department’s financial monitoring, reporting and analysis

2) Assist Strategic Planning Manager in developing budgeting and rolling forecast, conducting regular and ad-hoc performance tracking to produce analysis and reporting for Customer Care in all operating countries

3) To create, monitor and align tactical-strategic initiatives to ensure business decisions are aligned with department targets, including facilitating cross-functional team discussions
4) Business partnering with Finance, Commercial, Product, Operations and other relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate workforce planning and budget alignment

5) Ensure timely delivery of initiatives and workplan that enable Customer Care team to achieve OKR target

6) Build internal capabilities & tools enabler for Revenue & Growth Management team, including and not limited to reporting standard & template, business process improvement, data queries recommendation, reporting packages and monthly review deck

7) Communicating analysis and recommendations based on factual findings and supporting documents. Supporting documents include spreadsheets, presentation slides that include charts and graphs, mailing lists, roadmaps and ad hoc requests
8) Work with key stakeholders to implement the right tracking/telemetry in Customer Care performance and operation insight, provide recommendation & iterations as appropriate

9) Troubleshoot issues with reporting assets to determine root causes of anomalies identified; perform complex diagnostic analyses and Communicate issues identified in reports to the appropriate related party

10) Crunching and analyzing big data, Conduct business impact analysis, and design improvement initiatives using statistical packages for analyzing datasets

Requirements

1) Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain or related field is required. MBA or other advanced analytical degree is preferred

2) Minimum 3 years experience in workforce management and have the relevant work experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis

3) Excellent analytical, mathematical and trouble shooting skills with ability to work with large amounts of data to identify both short-term and long-term trends and patterns

4) Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to manage day-today relationships and proactively engage with internal and external customers

5) Ability to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines

6) Able to operate, slice-dice and analyse data especially through dashboard in Tableau and spread sheets calculations

7) Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and initiative to ask questions when clarification is required

8) Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian

9) Effectively influence and present information to and Senior Management and Business Partners

10) Have a good financial acumen
