What you'll do:

Create compelling written and visual content for Klook Malaysia's social media channels and blog to enhance engagement, increase followers, and build a strong online presence.

Conduct regular analysis of Klook Malaysia-owned channels (web, social media, blog) to track and improve growth metrics by providing actionable insights.

Conduct social media monitoring around brand sentiment and reputation.

Assist in the overall strategy, execution, and review of social media marketing efforts for Klook Malaysia.

Monitor social media trends as well as the competitive landscape to proactively share learnings and best practices with the broader team.

Optimise content through working knowledge of SEO and performance marketing efforts with the aim of acquiring high quality traffic and conversions.

Brainstorm marketing ideas and create initiatives to increase sessions and revenue.
What you’ll need:

Minimum 2-3 years of solid experience in social media marketing or related fields.

Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both verbal and written communication.

Experience in producing branded content for social media that delivers results.

Experience in social media management and analytics applications such as Meta Business Suite.

Basic knowledge of photo and video editing for social media.

A start-up attitude: highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset. Not afraid to work independently when required.

Team player with the ability to work across a matrix environment in a fast-paced, evolving setting.
