DEDALUS JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a hands-on Oracle PL/SQL Developer with a technology-driven and entrepreneurial mindset. The role involves developing and supporting PL/SQL projects, optimizing database performance, and ensuring security. The ideal candidate can work independently and deliver high-quality solutions with a strong focus on technical and operational excellence.

Main Mission

To develop and maintain robust Oracle database applications using PL/SQL, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions while staying updated with industry and technical advancements.

You will

  • Develop and maintain Oracle database applications using PL/SQL.

  • Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debug complex technical issues.

  • Proficient with tools like Oracle SQL Developer, TOAD; APEX knowledge is a plus.

  • Skilled in unit test automation (jUNIT), SOLID principles, and design patterns.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with Agile methodologies.

  • Excellent English communication and familiarity with version control tools (TFS, Bitbucket, IBM CM Synergy).

  • Assess technical solutions and stay updated on industry trends.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in computer science, MIS, or Engineering.

  • Minimum 6 years of IT experience, including large-scale or critical application development (preferably in Healthcare).

  • Familiarity with mobile platforms (Android/iOS) is a plus.

  • Skilled in client communication, both onsite and remote.
