Job Title: Senior Associate - Marketing and PR
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Job Overview
We are looking for 3-5 years of PR agency experience with a strong focus on luxury and lifestyle brands. The candidate must also possess a solid understanding of operational marketing and public relations and a good network with relevant media, press and key opinion leaders within the luxury industry.
Role Summary
The Senior Associate - Marketing and PR will play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing and PR strategies that align with the brand’s vision and objectives. This role will collaborate with various departments such as Retail, VM and Content to drive and execute marketing activations and manage public relations efforts to ensure a consistent brand image.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute marketing campaigns and activations, including Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) activities
- Collaborate with Creative teams to design, produce and manage marketing collateral, including point-of-sale materials, brochures, and gifting items
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Oversee vendor relationships for marketing and event requirements
- Support the execution of retail and digital marketing initiatives
- Liaise with hotels, concierge, and other such groups to increase brand visibility
- Manage media planning and budget allocation for marketing spends
- Prepare pre and post event/campaign presentations including concept, proposal, budget, and ROI
Operational Marketing :
- Ensure seamless execution of marketing activities across all touchpoint
- Maintain and track the Marketing PMO for all ongoing activations
- Track marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources
- Support retail operations with timely updates on campaigns, events, and branding efforts
Public Relations (PR) :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media, press, journalists, key opinion leaders and influencers within the luxury lifestyle space as well as corporate PR
- Create and distribute press releases, press kits, and other PR materials
- Coordinate and manage media events, product launches, and press conferences if any
- Monitor and report on media coverage, ensuring alignment with brand objectives
- Handle crisis communication and reputation management in coordination with senior management
