Job Description

As the Senior Associate, Investment Management you will run small to medium-sized projects and they begin to take on soft management responsibilities of training Associates. The goal for this role is to learn and apply basic Investment Management + Operations principles.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.

Your Impact:

  • You will understand the media marketplace and partner landscape
  • You will have experience with agency investment tools
  • You will bring a basic understanding of partnership opportunities, deals and terms
  • You will bring a basic understanding of agency Terms + Conditions and media partner contracting process

Day-to-Day

  • You will manage the oversight and accuracy of campaign set-up and stewardship in the agency media buying platform
  • You will be accountable for accuracy of Insertion Orders sent to media partners
  • You will be accountable for on-budget delivery of media investment
  • You will be accountable for the actualization and reconciliation of media investment
  • You will reconcile invoices, client media billing reports, partner payment mitigation and resolution.
  • You will oversee the delivery of Marketplace Value workbooks
  • You will be responsible for campaign closures
  • You may be responsible for training of Associates

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of media planning and buying
  • 1+ years media investment systems and tools (Mediaocean)
  • 1+ years experience Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets & PowerPoint
  • 0-1+ years previous pharma media experience, across a diverse set of conditions, disease states, and audiences (DTC, HCP, Payer)
