Your day at NTT DATA

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive employee training and development programs across the organization. This role includes developing individual development plans (IDPs) and competency models for employees, managing e-learning programs, delivering leadership transformation initiatives, and planning and executing leader meetings and workshops. Additionally, you will act as a trainer, facilitating training sessions, workshops, and seminars to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our workforce, driving both personal and organizational growth.

What you'll be doing

Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end Learning & Development (L&D) programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development requirements for employees at all levels.
• Organize and deliver practical training programs and solutions that enhance people skills and improve business performance.
• Implement various learning methods, including blended learning models (e.g., 70:20:10), and both internal and external learning opportunities.
• Design and implement L&D projects related to leadership development, internal knowledge sharing, and talent management.
• Develop and maintain a technical training roadmap to ensure employees are equipped with the necessary technical skills, including AI and other emerging technologies.
• Focus on talent development initiatives to identify and nurture high-potential employees, preparing them for future leadership roles.
• Evaluate and record training information, compile training reports, and perform skill gap analyses to develop specific training action plans.
• Lead and manage assigned learning and development projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Manage project budgets and ensure the company obtains the best possible pricing for training initiatives.
• Act as a Trainer: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, delivering content in an engaging and effective manner to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.
