The Role:

Razorpay is seeking a Senior Associate for outbound sales of our S2P (Source-to-Pay) product. You will manage the end-to-end sales process, engage with new clients, and drive adoption of Razorpay’s solution to optimize procurement and payments.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Primary Point of Contact: Manage all outbound outreach to new clients via calls, emails, and social media.
  • Understand Client Needs: Assess client requirements and propose tailored Razorpay solutions.
  • End-to-End Sales: Own the complete sales cycle—prospecting, qualifying, pitching, and closing.
  • Build Sales Pipeline: Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline. Update CRM and forecast sales accurately.
  • Client Onboarding: Ensure a smooth handover to onboarding teams post-sale.
  • Maximize Conversions: Drive high conversion rates from outbound leads.
  • Cross-Sell and Up-Sell: Identify opportunities to introduce additional Razorpay products.
  • Leverage Sales Tools: Use CRM and sales tools to track and manage leads efficiently.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up with Razorpay products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Travel for Client Engagement: Be open to traveling to client locations for meetings and engagement as required.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 2-5 years in sales (SaaS, B2B, or payments industry preferred).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales and lead generation.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with strong motivation to hit targets.
  • Strong relationship-building and rapport-building skills.
  • Proficient in using basic sales tools (CRM, email outreach platforms).
