The Role
Working with Partner Hugh Brolsma and other leading practitioners, this is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate to join our Corporate, M&A and Capital Markets team.
In this role you will work on domestic and cross-border transactions, with a particular focus on private capital, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate and commercial matters.
You will have significant exposure to clients across a broad range of sectors, and will play a leading role on key aspects of transactions including negotiations, drafting and team supervision.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:

At least 7 years' experience post-qualification experience within a distinguished corporate law practice;

Demonstrated experience in a senior associate role (or equivalent) with the ability to take a lead role on transactions and drive matters forward;
-
Excellent drafting skills;
-
Strong client service focus and exceptional work ethic;
-
Genuine team player with highly developed interpersonal and communication skills; and
-
A passion for mentoring junior lawyers and providing timely feedback to aid their development.
