Manage and own the affiliate marketing program in Japan.

Develop, execute, and optimize affiliate marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Monitor and report on budget performance, adjusting strategies as needed - Identify and recruit new affiliate partners and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, networks, and affiliate marketing agencies.

Track, analyze, and report on affiliate program performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Use data-driven approaches to optimize commission structures, payouts, and incentives.

Collaborate with multiple internal teams (Marketing, Campaigns, Supply, Martech etc.) to align affiliate marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies.

Maintain high standards for affiliate creative assets and promotional materials.
Requirements

Graduated from a reputable university. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership roles.

Proven track record of managing successful affiliate marketing or partnership programs and driving revenue growth.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and Tableau.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Partnerize, Commission Junction, Value Commerce etc.) is ideal.

Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience in account management or e-commerce platforms will be considered as well.

Ability to speak and write in English and Japanese.
