THE ROLE & THE TEAM

As a Senior Art Director at Lounge by Zalando, you will play a key role in developing and executing creatives for marketing and retail campaigns that shape our brand's visual identity across multiple marketing channels and global retail events. You will work closely with the Lead Art Director and other team members to produce engaging photo and video content for various platforms, including social media (organic and paid), display, CTV, DOOH, and special onsite campaigns. Collaborating with Lounge Studio, external agencies, and freelancers, you will bring bold and innovative ideas to life, ensuring consistency with Lounge’s brand values and objectives.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• You conceptualize and execute high-impact marketing campaigns that inspire and engage customers across multiple channels.

• You develop creative concepts for global retail events, translating them into visually compelling narratives.

• You contribute to shaping the visual language of Lounge by Zalando, ensuring creative consistency across all touchpoints.

• You collaborate with the Lead Art Director to refine and implement image and video guidelines for the brand.

• You collaborate with the Lounge Studio and external agencies to bring your creative vision to life.

• You work closely with the Marketing and Retail teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and drive performance.

• You stay ahead of trends, ensuring Lounge’s creative output remains innovative and culturally relevant.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• You hold a relevant university degree in Design, Art Direction, Photography, or a related field – or possess equivalent qualifications.

• You have 5+ years of experience in the creative field, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in photo and video campaign creation.

• You have a proven track record of delivering creative campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, display, CTV, DOOH, and more.

• You live and breathe fashion. You have a strong understanding of cultural trends and an exceptional eye for identifying what resonates within the fashion industry.

• You can translate business objectives and brand requirements into compelling creative strategies.

• You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with Capture One or similar software. You leverage GenAI tools in your creative processes.

• You have an in-depth understanding of camera equipment, lighting setups, and accessories for both photo and video production.
