Job Description

Your Impact:

  • Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex, enterprise-level Salesforce Core solutions, integrating B2B Commerce Cloud and Order Management System (OMS) functionalities.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with enterprise clients, becoming their go-to advisor for Salesforce architecture and implementation.
  • Identify how a client’s architecture fits together and provide strategic and technical advice to optimize their systems.
  • Analyze business and technical requirements, translating these into robust Salesforce solutions that align with Salesforce best practices and meet unique client needs.
  • Model processes, architecture, data structures, and information required to support Publicis Sapient and client projects, recommending new approaches that exploit cutting-edge technology components.
  • Drive continuous improvement by introducing new tools, techniques, and methodologies that enhance client outcomes and increase team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Salesforce and industry partners, to ensure successful product adoption, client success, and effective knowledge sharing.
  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to teams, guiding them through successful project execution while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Advise, mentor, educate, and influence diverse teams on topics such as Data Management, Integration, Security, and Application Design as they relate to the Salesforce platform.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform) with hands-on experience in B2B Commerce Cloud and Salesforce OMS implementations.
  • Proven track record in leading complex, multi-phase Salesforce implementations at an enterprise level, with the ability to manage large-scale solutions.
  • Experience analyzing business processes, assessing feasibility, and recommending alternative solutions to leverage new technology components.
  • Expertise in enterprise architecture and cloud and enterprise application integration concepts and best practices.
  • Proven leadership and consulting skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and deliver solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Demonstrable senior stakeholder management skills, along with solid presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience delivering Salesforce software solutions with a deep understanding of databases, data extraction, and load tools.
  • Experience mentoring teams, providing technical direction, and ensuring quality execution on large-scale projects.
  • Rapid aptitude for learning new technologies, enabling you to stay current and adapt to evolving client needs.

Qualifications

  • Mastery of Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Proven experience in implementing Salesforce Order Management System (OMS) to optimize order processing, inventory management, and fulfillment operations.
  • Salesforce Certifications: Admin, Developer, Architect, Salesforce Consultant (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, Salesforce OMS. 

Additional Information

Availability to Travel:
This role requires the ability to travel to the client’s offices in Monterrey, Mexico, primarily during the initial weeks of the assignment for workshops. All travel expenses will be fully covered by the company.
