Overview: As a Senior Application Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing robust, scalable, and secure application architectures. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our software solutions align with business goals and meet the highest standards of quality and performance. In this role, you will work on some of the latest and a vast number of technologies and applications. You will directly work with key stakeholders to define metrics to enforce and determine the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop IT application architectures that solve complex business problems, adhering to enterprise architecture direction and standards.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define metrics for performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Review emerging technologies, attend knowledge transfer sessions, and identify monitoring and alerting needs.
  • Advise on best practices, performance enhancements, and application sustainability.
  • Ensure deployed code does not disrupt operations or degrade system performance.
  • Provide guidance on modernizing supported applications to optimize costs and improve efficiencies.
  • Share knowledge and risks with senior leaders and collaborate across teams in the clinical space.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 7 or more years of experience as a senior developer in large IT projects, preferably across Provider IT.
  • Prior experience as a project architect and/or team lead.
  • Experience with .Net, SQL, Oracle, Mongo Db, Python, Cloud Technologies(Azure, GCP, AWS) preferred.
  • Passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
  • Any cloud certifications are highly preferred.

  • Strategic thinking with the ability to advise on the integration of new technologies and system enhancements.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with both internal and external teams without direct authority.
  • Strong leadership in technical planning, architecture development, and modification of specifications.
  • Ability to assess compatibility and integration of products/services to maintain an integrated architecture across applications.

Schedule: This is a critical role requiring flexibility for occasional weekend or after-hours work to address urgent needs. 🌟 The position includes on-call responsibilities 24/7; however, incidents requiring after-hours attention are infrequent. We are seeking candidates who are adaptable and comfortable with a schedule that extends beyond the typical 9-5, Monday through Friday framework.

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$106,900 - $147,000 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
