Make Your Mark:
Reporting to the Billing & Collection Senior Manager EMEA, the Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist will have the responsibility to manage a portfolio of customer accounts in their dedicated ledger. This includes maintaining a high level of customer relationships across EMEA, whilst performing financial analysis as well as identifying & solving collection issues. The ideal candidate thrives in a challenging, international environment, and has good understanding of the software products & solutions.
You'll Get To:

  • Monitor aging of the EMEA portfolio and reduce the bad debts through proactive collection techniques
  • Proactively investigate and resolve customer queries
  • Carry out collection activities and reports according to specific deadlines
  • Maintain excellent communication (oral & written) with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in creation and optimisation of procedures for collection
  • Assist in month-end close


What You'll Bring:
Years of Experience in Related Field:

  • At least 5 years Accounts Receivable (AR) experience


Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Self-starter with a driven mindset and a demonstrated attention to detail
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, including the ability to respect deadlines and prioritize workloads when necessary
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to build strong internal and external working relationships
  • Strong analytical, hands-on, IT-technical, and problem-solving skills


We're Even More Excited If You Have:

  • University's degree in finance or business management preferred
  • Experience working with systems and automated applications, SaaS experience preferred
  • Proficiency with various accounting software tools. NetSuite, Salesforce and Zuora highly preferred
